Most of the time spent in PowerPoint on a live deal goes into nudging boxes, matching sizes and chasing inconsistent fonts. Plzfix turns those into single clicks and checks the deck for you before it goes to the client.
Layout in one click
- Smart align: top, bottom, left, right, centre and middle relative to the first selected shape, or to the slide.
- Copy width, height or both from one shape to the others; copy, set or remove text margins.
- Swap two shapes by corner or centre, or swap only their text with formatting.
- Distribute shapes evenly inside a container or across the slide.

Does it work with my firm's template?
Yes. Plzfix works on top of any template. Colours, fonts and margins are configurable in Settings to match your house style.
Which versions of Office are supported?
Desktop Excel, PowerPoint and Word on Windows: Office 2016, 2019, 2021 and Microsoft 365. Office for Mac and Office on the web are not supported.
Do my files leave my computer?
No. Every tool runs locally inside Office. Plzfix only contacts the internet to validate your licence and check for updates. Your workbooks and decks are never uploaded.
How much does Plzfix cost?
There is a free tier with a daily click allowance and every tool unlocked. Pro is €10 per month, €50 for 6 months or €90 per year, per user, with unlimited use.
